The "best" warranty is one that you never have to use. Better Outdoor Products has one of the lowest warranty claim rates in the industry (even compared to the Super-Big guys) and we've done that by being very conscientious about each mower we build. Every single machine is run-tested on the ground before it's packaged for shipment (so if there's a little bit of Carolina clay on your tires when you receive it, that's why). It's our belief that the best way to ensure happy customers and no hassles is to build good products from the git-go. If there's a problem, we'll stand behind it. But our goal is to make sure that you don't have a problem to begin with.

Proper Maintenance of equipment purchased from Better Outdoor Products is the Owner’s responsibility. Follow the instructions in your Owner’s Manual for the proper maintenance schedule. Better can provide you with the complete line of genuine parts and accessories necessary to keep your machine running like new. All parts orders are shipped directly to your door the same day the order is received (for orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Time).

Two-Year Residential Homeowner and One-Year Commercial Operator Warranty.

This limited warranty for residential homeowners, covers any defect in materials or workmanship in your Better Outdoor Products Quick™ mower for two years from the date of purchase for the original buyer.

Better Outdoor Products Quick™ mowers used commercially are warranted for one year to the original buyer. Commercial use is defined as either having hired operators or used for income producing service.

We will repair or replace any part or parts found at our sole discretion to be defective without charge, directly to the original owner of record. Better Outdoor Products warranty is non-transferrable.

Portions of Better Outdoors Products equipment are warranted separately by their respective manufacturers:

Briggs & Stratton 13HP Intek or 14.5HP Intek Engines: Two years in homeowner use; One year in commercial use.
Kawasaki 15 or 16HP KAI Engines: Two years in homeowner use; One year in commercial use.
Tuff Torq Transaxle: Two years in homeowner use; One year in commercial use.
Battery: One year prorated limited warranty with 100% replacement in the first 90 days.

ITEMS NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY

This warranty does not cover maintenance items such as lubricants, filters, cleaning, tune-ups, brake and/or clutch inspection, adjustments made as part of normal maintenance, blade sharpening, set-up, abuse, misuse, negligence, accidents and normal wear. It does not cover incidental or consequential costs such as transporting your equipment to and from a dealer, telephone charges or renting a product temporarily to replace a warranted product.

There is no other warranty expressed or implied.
