Occasionally we may ask for product feedback from our customers, but please be assured we will not share any personally identifiable information unless you have authorized us to do so. This information is only used to improve our products and service to Better™ customers, no one else.

Security

At Better Outdoor Products, we want to make sure that you're completely safe and secure purchasing your new equipment online. For this reason, we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt your credit card and other sensitive information during the transaction process. SSL encrypts your credit card number, name, address, and telephone number preventing unauthorized individuals from viewing your information as it is securely transmitted over the Internet.

Merchandise Returns

We believe you’ll be delighted with the quality and performance of your Better™ products. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, return your mower to us undamaged within 30 days for a refund of your purchase price.

Just e-mail us at service@betteroutdoorproducts.com to let us know the reason for your dissatisfaction and we'll issue a returned goods authorization number. Return of the merchandise and proof of purchase is required for a refund and shipping costs are not refundable. Return shipping will be at your expense unless the return is a result of our shipping error. Returning the product is undamaged condition is the customer's responsibility. Better Outdoor Products assumes no liability for damage or abuse to the equipment during return shipment.

Order Cancellations

Better Outdoor uses its best efforts to ship your order in a timely manner. In fact, most parts orders ship the same day that the order is placed, usually before 3:00 PM Eastern Time.

PLEASE NOTE: During periods of peak seasonal demand, orders for our mowers can sometimes exceed our production capacity, resulting in varying shipment delays. If your needs are extremely time-critical, please call prior to placing your order to check availability.

We understand that occasionally a person's life can suddenly change resulting in the need to quickly change their mind. If you notify us to cancel your order before it's been shipped, you will be not be subject to a cancellation charge. If however your order has been shipped, the actual return freight costs, along with a 5% restocking fee, will be deducted from your refund. NO EXCEPTIONS.
